A full refund will be provided to students canceling prior
to attending their first class. However, the application
and registration fees will be forfeited. Assuming a
student has paid tuition and related fees in full, and
cancels prior to the 7th class, a pro-rated refund of the
Tuition for each remaining class will be given. If the
total tuition is $6,170, each class represents $440.71
($440.71x14 weeks=$6,170). If a student cancels at class
6, the pro-rated refund would be $440.71 x 8 weeks =
$3,525.68. Because class and lab materials are purchased
in bulk in advance for each enrolled student, they cannot
be re-used or re-stocked, so refunds do not apply.
Additionally, the application and registration fees are
also non-refundable. After a student enters class 7, all
tuition and related fees are considered fully earned by
WVDAS. There are no refunds after the 7th class. |
